PaLea Project at Schleswig-Holstein’s Landtag
Inspired by the Bologna Process, a variety of new concepts and experiments focusing on teacher training is evident, as well as endeavours to retain existing study structures.
To date it remains unclear, what effect these reforms will have on the professional development of teachers in training. PaLea examines the development of professionally relevant competencies in teacher training under consideration of individual features of the students and institutional conditions at universities.
Both the project as well as selected findings will be presented at Kiel University’s Futurology Congress on 07th November. This will be held at Schleswig-Holstein’s Landtag.
