Resarch area 3:
Implementation and evaluation of concepts for mathematics and science instruction

This research area develops research-based conceptual innovations in the area of interdisciplinary science instruction at various school levels and examines their use in instruction. Moreover, the question regarding the implementation and evaluation of competency-oriented instruction is pursued. A third focus is made up of transfer projects on lesson development and teacher professionalisation.
