EuPhO 23 registration

The 7. European Physics Olympiad will take place from June 16 to 20, 2023 in Hannover, Germany. We look forward to welcome delegations from all over Europe and beyond.

We invite all successfully pre-registered countries to reconfirm their participation and provide the number of delegation members until March 15, 2023 with this form.

Please be especially considerate about the number of observers/visitors as we can only accommodate a certain number of persons and thus might need to refuse observers/visitors if the number of them is too high. Also, a lower number of observers/visitors might allow us to invite additional countries.

Request for single room accommodation Leaders, Observers and Visitors will be accommodated in double rooms as standard. A limited number of single rooms will be available; the additional fee for single room accommodation will be around 200 € per person. If you want to request single room accomodation, please indicate how many of the leaders/ observers/visitors above want a single room

Billing address Please give the name and full address to which the participation fee should be invoiced. We will later send the invoice to the email address given above

Visa requirements Should you need a visa to enter Germany we gladly provide you with an invitation letter to support visa processing. Please indicate, what information you need on the letter and to whom it should be addressed.
