Identiphy
Identiphy – Identity Development in Physics!
In the Identiphy project we seek to support and empower students in their physics engagement. We focus on the physics enrichment program, the physics Olympiad. Especially the participating young women can promote our understanding of what particular issues the young women face in their engagement in physics and what helps them most to be so successful. We actively empower the participants in a specially designed seminar program in the physics Olympiad. In close alignment with an evaluating study, the seminar program implements features of physics identity research in order to empower the participants. The project is sponsored by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
